When he saw the old house ‘For Rent’ located at Tomigaya area of Komaba,Tokyo University on 14th December 1992,Freshness Burger’s history started.
Mikio’s idea of a hamburger shop was just like an old hamburger shop in Tennessee, where hamburger was griddled with fresh ingredients by simple way.
The first Freshness Burger shop is still operated now.

Making fresh to order and serving Delicious and Healthy foods, is backbone of Freshness Burger’s all menus.

The original and unique materials; Our buns are made with pumpkin, so they are natural yellow color.
Original fries made of a special potato named ‘ Hokkai- Kogane’ ,which planted in Freshness Farm in Hokkaido.
